Conor McGregor has officially lost his mind…

UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor has long been hot property in the mixed martial arts media. His brash style of trash talking has made McGregor a hit among casual fans, and the UFC realized last year that they were on to a real money maker.

‘The Notorious’ received levels of hype from the UFC that had only really been seen with Ronda Rousey before him. Also alike Rousey, McGregor’s hype train hit a huge bump in his last fight, and it’s been crazy ever since.

Suffering his first loss for the UFC at UFC 196 against Nate Diaz, ‘The Notorious’ had his hopes of being a two weight champion dashed, at least for now. But after being booked in for a rematch with Diaz at UFC 200, many believed he could get back on track by avenging his welterweight loss.

With his featherweight title still intact, McGregor suddenly was pulled from UFC 200 and a week of crazy retirement announcements and slanging matches with the UC ensued.
