1. Conor McGregor

Georges is physically much bigger than Conor, so much so that making this bout seems unfair. Yet Conor has said he wants this fight, and rumours are Georges requested this matchup from Dana. They both want to fight each other, the only question is whether the UFC will let it happen.

On paper this seems like it would be a mismatch in Georges’ favour, but things aren’t always as they seem. As GSP would have the size advantage he could just use his wrestling to take Conor down, and his weight to keep him there for 5 rounds. That is how GSP has won many of his fights after all.

The deciding factor here however, is how GSP would react if Conor hit him with that left hand of his. Conor puts top-level fighters to sleep with his “timing and precision” and Georges prefers to avoid punches rather than test his chin. Conor’s fights really come down to how guys react to getting hit. Aldo went down immediately, Eddie was clearly shaken and eventually defeated, but Diaz could withstand it and as a result was a far bigger challenge for him. St. Pierre, like pretty much everyone else, doesn’t have the chin that Diaz does, so Conor could have a real shot against him.
