UFC Fighter Andrea Lee Has Been The Subject of Domestic Violence By Her Husband/Coach… Weeks After Condemnation For Neo-Nazi Tattoos… An arrest is Imminent…

Andrea Lee has only had one fight in the UFC so far, but she’s widely tipped to become one of the promotion’s next breakout stars. She convincingly beat Veronica Macedo on her debut in Rio De Janeiro in May and is currently sits at No. 12 in the flyweight rankings.

However, the early shine of her brightly burning star took a hit a couple of weeks later after images of Lee with her husband/coach Donny Aaron went viral for all the wrong reasons. The apparently happy couple had spent a day at a lake, and Aaron’s Neo-Nazi tattoos, including SS symbols and Nazi swastikas, were revealed to the world.

Now, it has emerged that Aarons is wanted by police for repeated domestic abuse towards his wife. Please note that the details of this case are very disturbing. Prepare to get very angry.

Allegedly Aaron is wanted on several counts of false imprisonment and domestic battery. The American has served serious prison time in the past for negligent homicide of a black man. During his time in prison, he was inked up with all the Neo-Nazi symbols that he’s carried over the years as a reminder. Andy ‘CrAsian’ Nguyen, the former KOTC atomweight champion was an eyewitness.  She reported to My MMA News:

“I opened my door and she (Lee) runs into her daughter’s room. Donny is trying to burn a cigarette on her arm and her body. She’s yelling to stop trying to burn her. Donny’s dad is the only one helping me. His dad is like 70 or 80 years old.”

That’s just absolutely deplorable. There’s no logic behind it either. Lee is a professional fighter, who has to strip to her underwear in front of people on a regular basis to weigh-in. Did he not seriously think someone wouldn’t question why she’s got burn marks all of a sudden?

Police are officially investigating and have put out a warrant for Aaron’s arrest. It’s an absolutely insane turn of events, especially considering Lee was her husband’s most vocal defendant when the tattoo scandal emerged. Nguyen further explained:

“I turn on my lights and open door so Donny knows I’m awake. Usually he does crazy stuff behind closed doors. I went to the kitchen. I hear them bickering. Then it got quiet. I thought maybe they were done. Then all of a sudden I heard a grunt and the dog was in the kennel and started barking.”

“I can hear her saying ‘stop, stop.’. Ok forward I opened up the door and was like ‘Donny, leave her alone.’ … Andrea was buttoning up her shorts and she was barefoot and ran out the back door. I was not there at the house when the cops came but Donny saw the cop cars coming and he ran out of the house with his dad and he has been gone ever since.”

Well, all we can do is wish Angela Lee the absolute best of luck in the future and hope that she overcomes the suffering that has gone through. The UFC has a patchy record when it comes to dealing with domestic violence instigators and sufferers.

Currently, there’s a lot of hype behind former footballer Greg Hardy, whose history has been well-discussed at this point. Meanwhile, they’ve issued a statement that they’re monitoring Nick Diaz’s abuse case very closely.

Ronda Rousey also has a dubious record when it comes to violence in the home. There were accusations of double standards when she claimed to have battered her ex-boyfriend, then entered a relationship with domestic abuser Travis Browne. Can everyone please just stop?
