Mixed martial arts is no stranger to freak show fights, in fact you could argue that the sport has helped push circus type fights even further on to the main stage. Especially in Japan, MMA promotions the world over have been putting together David vs. Goliath type fights for years.

The subject f today’s article features two colossal super heavyweights who collided under Polish MMA banner KSW. Yes, the king of freak show fights Bob Sapp, and former worlds strongest man Mariusz Pudzianowski fought in the MMA ring.

Of course we know Sapp has been the subject of much controversial debate over the years, as his flopping during fights has led to accusations of fixing. He argues he is just hoping to avoid serious injury when he gets hurt and goes down.

His opponent on this night was strong man veteran and former champion Mariusz Pudzianowski. The giant Polishman owns a 9-4 (1 NC) MMA record after transitioning to the sport in 2009. Check out the fight video below:
