Prime Mike Tyson vs 2010 Brock Lesnar

And for the extreme clash of heavyweights, we have ‘Iron’ Mike Tyson taking on Brock Lesnar.
Tyson has recently stated that he would have probably lost to BJJ legend Royce Gracie had they fought in 1993. The boxing legend stated in a recent interview that he would have to “have a great ground game” and a “great wrestling game” in order to be successful in MMA.
Let’s say he did have just that and was able to train his grappling and wrestling skills up to a respectable level. How would he do against 2010 Brock Lesnar?
The thought of the two going at it inside the Octagon sends chills down my spine. Tyson, one of the world’s most fearsome punchers would go up against MMA’s most physically imposing specimen in history.
Tyson would come on with that bob and weave style that he has and blast Lesnar with lightning quick uppercuts and hooks. Add to that the fact that the boxing legend would also be wearing 4 oz. gloves. Can you picture it in your mind? Completely terrifying.
However Lesnar has that great wrestling ability. He would certainly use that to his advantage and try to get Tyson in the clinch. Lesnar would eat a lot of punches trying to close the gap though. Could he survive? He probably could have.
Lesnar proved in his fight against Shane Carwin that he does have a chin made of granite. But Tyson is an otherworldly puncher and very few men could withstand his power.
