Terrance Swinney
26-year-old aspiring MMA fighter Terrance Swinney was shot and killed in Kalazamoo, Michigan in the early hours of April 7th.
Swinney, known as ‘The Nook,’ had a 1-0 record as an amateur and was reportedly attempting to apply for his professional license at the time of his death.
At 4am on Saturday, April 7th, Local police were called to the scene of a shooting incident at a party in the 900 block of North Burdick Street in Kalazamoo.
On arrival they discovered the injured Swinney suffering from a gunshot wound and rushed him to hospital, where he was declared dead.
Unfortunately other attendees at the party refused to cooperate and so despite public appeals from the police for witnesses to come forward, Swinney’s killer remained unidentifed.
Swinney is survived by his five children.
