5. Michael “the Voice” Schiavello and Miesha Tate

Well, it’s been a few weeks and Miesha Tate is still saying she is retired. Perhaps she really is going to retire. If that is the case the UFC will be looking for a way to put her on television as much as possible in non-fighting roles. Tate has always been someone they have gone to for personal appearances, media events, and anything that has to do with their public image. If she wants to commentate, they will find a role for her.

It is also notable that the UFC does not currently have a female commentator, despite the success of their women’s divisions. Tate could fill that void nicely.

As for Shiavello, the UFC would need someone to liven up Tate’s sometimes low-key attitude. Also, it would just be fun to listen to Tate try and keep up with Schiavello yelling “the big Kabosh!”.
