4. Mauro Ranallo and Chael Sonnen

If Chael Sonnen is not hired by the UFC in some type of broadcasting role when his Bellator contract ends, it is their loss. Sonnen proved during his rivalry with Anderson Silva that he knows how to talk a fight up so that people want to see it.

He is currently hosting his own podcast, the aptly-named “You’re Welcome with Chael Sonnen”. Sonnen has a really good mind for the business and the sport, which would provide an extra layer of information on-top of what is currently presented.

Sonnen would have to be put with someone who understands what he is trying to do and let’s him do it however. That is where Mauro Ranallo comes in. Ranallo has called many of the top promotions in combat sports, including WWE. If he can put up with what goes on in WWE, he can put up with Sonnen. He might be the only one.
