6. Training with Jean-Claude Van Damme
Choking out Conor McGregor earned Nate some praise from action movie star (Bloodsport is the best movie ever) and martial artist Jean-Claude Van Damme. JCVD has hung out with the Diaz brothers on a few occasions following UFC 196, and judging from this Instagram post both Diaz brothers dwarf him in size, and Nate has really put on some mass.
Look at the size comparison between Nick and Nate in this photo; this is the first time the two have been pictured where Nate looks bigger than Nick.
