Team Rousey attempted to get some payback after Derrick Lewis lost to Mark Hunt…

Taking place in Auckland, New Zealand this past Saturday was UFC Fight Night 110. Headlining the action was a main event collision between two heavyweight on opposite ends of their careers.

Riding a six-fight win streak in to the NZ main event, Derrick Lewis faced his toughest test yet in Mark Hunt. It was age and experience that won the day, though, as the 43-year old took out an exhausted ‘Black Beast’ in round four.

Lewis Retires & Gets Trolled

During his own win streak, Derrick Lewis had made a name for him self as quite the social media troll. Particularly with Travis Browne, Lewis asked ‘where Ronda’s fine ass at?’ after KO’ing ‘Hapa.’

Then sending out a number of memes and videos aimed at Rousey and Browne, Lewis continued his trolling for weeks on end. Once he’d been TKO’d by ‘The Super Samoan’ in Auckland, Lewis received a taste of his own medicine from both Browne and heavyweight prospect Francis NGannou:

Browne/Francis Shred Lewis, Black Beast Responds

“You say you have the most heart in the heavyweight division, but I just watched you quit,” said Browne on Instagram. “You should retire. You brought up false news about me that affected my family. What happened to your mom, no woman should ever have to go through. Miss Lewis, you have my sympathy. I hope your family isn’t affected by false accusations or false news, like mine was. Even though you didn’t have the same consideration for my family. I wish the best for your wife and children. Enjoy your wedding on the islands, my home is heaven on earth. Best wishes. We know you don’t have the heart but if you have the balls, I’m down to run it back.”

That was the message Browne and NGannou sent Lewis just hours after his crushing loss. Taking to Twitter, ‘The Black Beast’ fired back at his rival with the following response:
