3. Jamie Varner – UFC on Fox 13
If former WEC lightweight champion Jamie Varner can knock himself out, than it can happen to even the best of fighters. Actually, by the time of this fight, Varner wasn’t doing so good. He’d lost 4 of 5, and would retire after losing this one as well.
Varner went for a takedown and landed on his own head, allowing Drew Dober to sink in the RNC for the win. That was a wrap for Varner’s career, retiring at only 30 years of age.
