4. Frank Mir – KO’d 8x
Former UFC heavyweight champion, Frank Mir, has been KO’d 8x. Luckily for him, he is currently serving a 2-year USADA suspension after he ate some tainted kangaroo meat in Australia.
Mir only gets KO’d by the best however, as has been the case throughout his career. Mark Hunt, Junior Dos Santos, Josh Barnett, Shane Carwin, Brock Lesnar, Brandon Vera, Marcio Cruz, and Ian Freeman have all turned off Mir’s consciousness. That would be one of heck of a division!
Mir is adamant he did not take any performance-enhancing drugs, and many believe him. He has spent tens of thousands of dollars testing supplements in an attempt to clear his name; someone who knows they took PEDs is not going to do that.
