The MMA gym that is taking all the slack lately for their poor injury record, is AKA.

It should be noted that AKA has a lot of fighters at the very near end of their career. With increasing age comes increased injuries, so that part isn’t necessarily within the coaches and trainers’ control.
Their average fighter age at AKA is just under 35. That right there could explain their high injury frequency.

According to the statistics here, AKA fighters have pulled out of 26 out of 141 fights due to injury since 2009. That puts their fight pull-out percentage at 18.43%. There is some controversy with these numbers however, as when asked about them they stated that 4 of the injuries occurred while the fighters were at other camps.
The adjusted injury percentage for AKA would then be 15.6%.
