50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather are Back at it Again… The Pair Are Beefing on Instagram…
There’s one question that I’m sure is on everyone’s minds right now? Is Curtis Jackson AKA 50 Cent a masochist? Does he get pleasure from embarrassing himself or facing the prospect of getting absolutely battered by a professional combats sports athlete?
50 Cent made headlines recently in a really weird story where he appeared to be calling out Bellator’s former UFC champion, Quinton ‘Rampage’ Jackson. ‘Rampage’ didn’t really know what to make of this, because let’s face it, he’d destroy him with one hand tied behind his back.
Now though, he has reignited his feud with Floyd Mayweather. The on-again-off-again frenemies are beefing on Instagram and you can tell that ‘Money’ is not impressed with his rapper foe. It’s all very strange. Guys, I know you’re super rich and have lots of time on your hands… but come on.

It all started when 50 Cent started leaking screenshots of a Whatsapp conversation that he’d had with Mayweather, onto Instagram. Needless to say ‘Money’ was not happy that Jackson was sharing his words with the world. You can see 50 Cent’s original post and Mayweather’s response above and below respectively. The rapper wrote:
“Floyd on his bulls**t again, he done f***ed that money up. Now he mad about old s**t, I’m not selling your cars back champ, you are N***a. Get the strap.”
If you understand what they’re talking about please comment because I honestly don’t have a clue.

Mayweather made it very clear that he was not impressed that his private messages were being shared with the world by 50 Cent. The rapper didn’t really seem to mind that he was hurting ‘Money’s feelings because he posted another sequence of messages, this time with the caption”
“Aww the champ is in his feelings, see I’m different I don’t give a f**k. Get the strap #power.”
There are so many questions that arise out of this. What strap is 50 Cent talking about? Does this mean Mayweather is going to fight again? How can the champ be in his feelings? Are they some sort of immersive experience? Who honestly cares?
Too Much
Clearly, what we have here is a bad case of billionaire syndrome where both men want to stay relevant. Mayweather has been linked to an MMA debut but that is unlikely to happen. He’s 41, with no experience in the octagon and would get absolutely destroyed. End of story.
50 Cent is believed to be interested in becoming a promoter for Bellator. The whole ‘Rampage’ situation could well have been a publicity stunt relating to that. However, if he wants to fight then there’s an opponent ready and waiting. Conor McGregor’s teammate and bodyguard, Charlie Ward, called the rapper out and he’s totally serious.
