2. Travis Fulton (51 losses)

Travis Fulton is not even 40 years old and has fought over 300 career fights.  His record is 253W-51L.  While he has started to ease back his schedule ever so slightly in recent years, for a period there Fulton would just fight on any card that he could, sometimes just going days in between fights.

Fulton follows the Jeremy Horn model of fight as often as you can, take as little damage as you can, and then move on and do the same thing next weekend.  Fulton has won 151 fights via submission with that strategy in mind.

Unlike Horn, who has somehow only been knocked out twice in his 100 plus MMA fights, Fulton has not been as lucky and has been knocked out on 11 occasions. Still not a bad ratio considering how many fights he has had.
