After a jaw-breaking performance by the Czech Samurai, UFC light-heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz is calling out Jiri for a potential “Prince vs Samurai” fight. It will certainly be fireworks given how both have great knockout powers.

For those who are not aware, Poland and the Czech Republic are neighboring countries, so a fight booked in their country would be massive especially in the Eastern Europe section.

Jiri only has 2 UFC fights but he was thrown in to the wolves in just his debut, facing Volkan Oezdemir. Although prior to his UFC debut, he was already a well accomplished martial artist, having 26 pro wins and only three losses. What makes it impressive is most of his wins come in a stoppage.

Jan Blachowicz also had a reignition with his career, finishing his most of his opponents in a brutal fashion. Before, many thought he was just a decision fighter, but on his title run he finished his opponents in spectacular fashion.

Although Blachwoicz needs to focus his attention on his next opponent, Glover Teixeira. He is scheduled to defend his belt against Teixeira on September 4 for UFC 266. It will not be an easy opponent as Teixeira has been on a run finishing his opponents as well. Teixeira is also great on the ground.
