Nobody has fought and lost more in MMA than Shannon Ritch. His career 50 wins to go along with those 80 losses however, does show he’s a capable MMA fighter however. It’s just that he’s not very good.
At 45 years of age Ritch is still going, having fought (and lost) last April, but having won his last 2 fights (both held this March) before then.
Ritch’s MMA career is not far from being 2 decades old, as his first pro fight was in 1998.
