For UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor it’s all coming up roses, even with his first loss for the promotion. He’s currently scheduled to headline the biggest pay-per-view card of the year, not bad seeing as he got finished in his last fight.

‘The Notorious’ fought Nate Diaz in the main event of UFC 196 on March 5, and it was after a crazy 11 days of trash talking. Even more impressive about Diaz’s win was the fact he did it as a late substitute.

Diaz looked better than ever in his win over McGregor, and has bee experiencing a big boost in popularity ever since. But many people were confused as to why McGregor got the instant rematch, and as the UFC 200 main event of all things.

Daniel Cormier dropped out of hi UFC 197 rematch with Jon Jones due to injury, but he hasn’t experienced anything near the criticism the UFC threw towards dos Anjos last night.
