After the second nudge, Rogan explodes and grabs the guy’s neck in a modified standing guillotine/anaconda choke.
“You got your gun? You got your gun?” Rogan asks the guy as he squeezes the hold tightly.
The guy taps and Rogan releases him, taking his seat back on the ledge he was just on.
“You’re a good sport, man,” said crazy guy, giggling like he just realized he’s still conscious.
“You weren’t gonna hurt me, you were totally in control. You’re fun man!” he laughed. “That was awesome. Would you do that again if I touched you again?”
Truth is, Rogan showing the guy some restraint was the right thing to do. Crazy guy was also a good sport, and didn’t really take it personally. It even actually looked like he was a little stoked Rogan got him in a choke hold. Probably a great story to brag about to friends.
“He’s a little crazy, I told you,” said Rogan.
