Returning after more than a year off at UFC 207, Ronda Rousey will be facing a lot of demons. Following the brutal KO loss against Holly Holm at UFC 193, many questioned if ‘Rowdy’ would ever come back.
Revealing she had suicidal thoughts after the Holm loss, Rousey went in to hiding for a few months. Emerging with numerous TV appearances, she at first refused to talk about fighting in the media, period. It wasn’t until this month that we learned about Rousey’s big comeback.

Rousey vs. Nunes
Aside from the question of Ronda Rousey even returning, there was the issue of her striking. Against Holly Holm, ‘Rowdy’ looked, lets face it, terrible in the stand up. Winging wild punches and with mixed up footwor, Rousey was dismantled, to be blunt.
Coming back against current champion Amanda Nunes will be a stern test, to say the least. Especially if Rousey displays the same mistakes she did against Holm, the former champion could be in for a rough night.
