Today’s flashback episode features UFC starlet Michelle Waterson. ‘Karate Hottie’ features in the UFC strawweight division, and is a dangerous beast, to say the least. Her pro record and martial arts achievements are truly a sight to behold.

Waterson holds a black belt in freestyle Karate, and is trained in Wushu, Muay Thai, boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and wrestling. She is the former Invicta FC atomweight champion and a current hot prospect in the UFC.

Having also fought for Strikeforce and King of the Cage, Waterson is becoming much more well known to fight fans. Facing fellow hot prospect Paige VanZant in her next UFC fight, many are expecting fireworks on December 17.

Waterson’s growing fame urged us to take a look back through her fight history, and we found something pretty cool. Years back ‘Karate Hottie’ appeared on Mayhem Miller’s MTV show ‘Bully Beatdown.’

In an all-female segment of the show, a female bully revealed to Jason Miller how she harasses her work colleague. Mayhem revealed Michelle Waterson as the MMA star who would fight for the victim.

Of course the bully stood no chance whatsoever. Waterson put on a clinic, both in submissions and striking. Watch the video on the player below:

Nasty

Turns out UFC lightweight champion Eddie Alvarez was also on Bully Beatdown. The former Bellator boss and current UFC 155-pound king served a nasty beating to a bodybuilding bully.
