However, there is one final Major that teams must pass in order to climb to the CDL Championship. CDL and Major 3 Format

Season Format
- 12 Teams will be able to participate in 4 Major tournaments throughout the season, depending on the double-elimination system. Teams will be able to qualify for the Majors after a three-week-long group stage before the Major. And only 8 out of 12 teams will be able to compete in the CDL Championship finals.
- Teams will need to accumulate CDL points to qualify for the CDL Championship. CDL points are distributed to teams after each win and ranking. The teams that manage to collect points by fighting the most will be able to participate in the Call of Duty League 2022 Playoffs.
CDL Major 3 Format
- Teams before Stage Major 3 enter the group stage. There are 12 teams in total here, and each team has to play 5 matches. Additionally, each team can earn 10 CDL points per win.
- 8 teams that manage to collect enough points can participate in Stage Major 3, while the other 4 teams continue to the losers round.
- From now on, the teams that are in the top 8 continue to fight in the 1st round of the winners. Likewise, losers will compete with the same format.
- In the Grand Final, a great battle awaits the leader of the Winners Round and the leader of the Losers Round.
- All matches will be Bo5. The only grand finale will be Bo9.
Games and Modes
During the Call of Duty League 2022 season, each team plays the game in three different modes on different maps. The team that succeeds in winning a game earns a certain amount of CDL points. Every match will be Bo5. Now, let’s take a detailed look at the Call of Duty League 2022 maps and modes.

The first team to 250 points on Hardpoint maps wins that match. Or when the game timer reaches zero, the team with the most points still wins the match.
