Conor McGregor and Nick Diaz hit social media, and one of them is not happy at all…

After UFC 211 this past Saturday May 13, 2017, a few things became very clear. In the main event, Stipe Miocic made a statement in the heavyweight division. Blasting Junior dos Santos inside one round, Miocic remained champ with a dominant performance.

For JDS, it’s back to the drawing board. Featured in the co-main event of the evening was a strawweight title clash between Joanna Jedrzejczyk and Jessica Andrade. Again proving she is the premier striker in women’s MMA, JJ put on a Muay Thai clinic.

UFC 211 Aftermath

There was much more going on at UFC 211 than the two title bouts, as Jorge Masvidal took on number one contender at welterweight Demian Maia. Sitting atop the stacked division is Tyron Woodley, as the UFC still seems reluctant to put Maia forward for a title fight.

Against the gritty Masvidal, Maia won a very narrow decision. Reacting to what he saw at UFC 211, former Strikeforce 170-pound champion Nick Diaz seemed a little frustrated. Here’s the two posts Diaz put out in response to the Maia vs. Masvidal decision:

Nick Diaz believes Jorge Masvidal should have won the decision against Demian Maia at UFC 211…

Meanwhile, Conor McGregor had a much more positive reaction to UFC 211.

McGregor Reaction

Watching two of his former opponents collide in Eddie Alvarez and Dustin Poirier, McGregor had good words to say. After competing in a thrilling war, the fight was called a no-contest when Alvarez landed an illegal knee.

Having knocked out both men during his career, McGregor posted the following when he saw the fight at UFC 211.

He also had the following to say of Joanna Jedrzejczyk’s dominant performance:
