Conor McGregor finds himself in a whole world of trouble after a visit to the Mediterranean went wrong. The Irishman has spent the past few weeks sailing around the ocean on his yacht with his family. However, he still found a way to make headlines for controversial reasons.
Police in Corsica arrested the UFC superstar for alleged attempted sexual assault. They later released him but will charge him for the alleged incident. It’s the latest in a long list of controversies for the Notorious. Even if he didn’t do it, the failure to stay out of trouble is definitely concerning.
Now sources have revealed further details about the alleged incident. In short, it’s a sordid and bizarre story. Only time will tell if the former UFC two-weight champion will suffer as a result of this controversy but it definitely doesn’t help his image at all. Check out the update below.

Flasher
This story made massive headlines because McGregor is such a big superstar. The Irishman was allegedly in a bar in Corisca when he encountered a young married woman. A source told France 3 Corse that she was extremely shocked and was traveling with her husband at the time. The source told the French TV channel:
“McGregor, accompanied by his bodyguards, allegedly exhibited his private parts to the young woman without her consent as she made her way into the bar toilets.”
Below you can photographs of the police as they give McGregor a summons. He is very familiar with the courtrooms of the world after repeated brushes with the law.
Perspective
McGregor’s latest public troubles put shade on UFC Vegas 10 last weekend. Obviously, the media was more interested in asking about the Irishman than any of the fights. UFC President Dana White tried to offer some of his perspectives. He said that he didn’t know the details of the incident but that people shouldn’t be surprised that McGregor gets into trouble. He told the post-fight presser:
“That kind of a life, crazy sh-t happens when you’re in that type of lifestyle. You try to go out and act normal and be normal, and it’s hard to do sometimes. I’m not defending Conor in any way, shape, or form. I don’t know enough about the situation to talk about it all. But I do know I’ve gone out with him before, and it’s batsh-t nuts.”
Of course, that doesn’t give him a pass to allegedly attempt to sexually assault people or flash them. Nor is White excusing that type of behavior.

Outrage
However, McGregor’s manager Audie Attar spoke out vehemently about the alleged incident. The Paradigm head honcho emphatically denied the allegations and claimed to be furious. He released a statement on behalf of the Notorious:
“I am irate and putting out a warning loud and clear: Conor McGregor is not and will not be a target for those seeking to score a headline or a payday.”
