In order to qualify for inclusion in this list a fighter’s vomitting must have taken place inside the cage or ring. According to Dana White, when the UFC went to Mexico City for UFC 188 the company set an all-time fighter vomit record, but most events happened outside of the cage. White blamed fighters having trouble dealing with the elevation as the cause of the vomit outbreak that night.
