2. Little Experience

The fact that Brock Lesnar is able to jump into a sport with little experience and be the least bit competitive is a testament to how much of a natural athlete he is.  The key words there are “least bit competitive” however, as he is only that.

The UFC may have fed Lesnar to the wolves, but he benefited greatly from a weak heavyweight division when he debuted.  He fought a great fight against Heath Herring, and another great fight at UFC 100 in his second fight against Mir, but other than that he hasn’t really had many good performances in the octagon.

He defeated a 44-year old Randy Couture, who really should have been fighting at light heavyweight at the time, and he defeated Shane Carwin only after Carwin gassed out by beating him up so badly.

Lesnar doesn’t have very much experience at all, and he hasn’t been very impressive in that limited action.
