Aside from the main card bouts, one of the best highlights of the UFC Fight Night 232 is the Joanderson Brito-Jonathan Pearce fight. What made it interesting? The mockery and the clapback. In this case, it’s Brito’s ninja choke that brought him his submission win.

The most exciting scene of the fight between the two is packed in the second round, where Pearce made a takedown of Brito. “Tubarao” responded by punching the back of the head of Pearce. After it was complained, Brito made unintelligible mockery. However, Pearce, still in the top position, told Brito, “Get up and do something, boy! Get up and do something!”

Surprisingly, despite being on the floor, Brito followed Pearce’s words, got up, and delivered his final move: the ninja choke. With his one arm wrapped around the opponent’s neck, Brito took down “JSP,” who quickly tapped to end the fight.

Brito quickly celebrated his success by, as Pearce said, getting up and doing something: taking his pants off and throwing his mouth guard.
