325lbs NBA Legend vs. 165lbs Boxing Legend In Real Fight

When size and brute strength meets a boxing legend’s skill, also featuring legendary trainer Freddie Roach and former champion Bernard Hopkins…

Here we have an interesting blend between raw power and size, and years of championship level boxing experience. We’ve seen bodybuilders take on boxers in the past, but how about someone with maximum fight experience, like a well known former boxing king?

It’s easy to say that skill beats size on the most part, but clearly it’s not always the case, and even former MMA fighters have laced up the gloves against well known celebrities in the past too.

Anyway, the subject of today’s fight is NBA giant Shaquille O’Neal.

A rampant MMA and boxing fan, ‘Shaq Attack’ has taken part in a number of full contact fights against boxing legends over the years, as you’ll see on page 2, and they are seriously entertaining to say the least.

The fights on today’s card feature hall of fame fighters Oscar De La Hoya and ‘Sugar’ Shane Moseley.

The two retired boxing greats are each legends in their own right, and are dwarfed by Shaq in their fights against the ex-NBA star.

We also have the full contact fight between Ivan Drago from the Rocky movie (Dolph Lundgren) as he takes on MMA legend Oleg Taktarov.
