According to the reports, Mike Tyson vs Roy Jones Jr sold more than 350,000 PPV buys than the Fury-Wilder rematch. This just proves that Mike Tyson is still the household name in boxing.

Who would think that two retired boxers would attract more viewers than the current heavyweight championship fight. The Tyson-Jones card was reported to be around 1.2M sales in the US alone.

Although the PPV price was cheaper compared to the usual price. It was kept to $50 so it is a good deal considering that it gives the old fans the nostalgic feeling of Mike Tyson getting back in the ring one last time.

It might be absurd since the co-main event featured Jake Paul vs Nate Robinson. Both are not even big names in boxing society. Although Paul may have attracted casual viewers due to his big followers so it may have factored in the PPV numbers as well.

Mike Tyson thanked Jake Paul for participating in the card. He said that Paul is good for boxing as it may attract casual viewers. Boxing is a dying sport according to Tyson. He said that the UFC is taking over combat sports in general.

Fans hope that Nate Robinson is okay since the way he lost was devastating to see. He may have been embarrassed but the most important thing is if he is okay. Floyd Mayweather also sends his good wishes to Nate Robinson.

Meanwhile, Jake Paul is looking for another opponent. He said he is interested in Conor Mcgregor, KSI, and his brother Logan. The rumor right now is Paul is in talks with the management of Mcgregor for a potential fight.
