Brother Nick also loves him some leafy greens
Nate’s brother Nick was suspended for an extended period which he just finished serving for getting caught with weed in his system following a bout with middleweight Anderson Silva.
MMAFighting reported that the United States Anti-Doping Agency or USADA. The body governs drug-testing for many high-profile sporting events including the Olympics. USADA say they are aware of Diaz’ post-fight weed session and are investigating the incident.
It was reported that USADA is ‘aware of the situation and is currently gathering information in order to determine the next appropriate steps.’

If Diaz is found to be guilty of violating USADA’s policies, he could be faced with a suspension like his brother Nick for use of CBD oil. Although Diaz has expressed interest in ‘not doing anything’ until he gets the third bout with McGregor, this doesn’t bode well for the Stockton, CA native.
Aside from Diaz’ indiscretion of vaping CBD oil at the post-presser, it’s also equally as amusing as to why USADA considers Marijuana a performance enhancing drug in the first place.
