When two people want to fight each other as much as the fighters listed in this article did, no cage can confine them. These rivals took their fights to a place where athletic commissions, referees and money don’t factor into the equation.

A few ground rules for this list before we begin. In order to qualify for this list, a fight must have taken place outside an MMA cage or ring (disqualifying the Strikeforce: Nashville brawl) and have only involved professional MMA fighters. So Roger Huerta having a street fight with a non-trained fighter doesn’t meat the criteria. Fights must have been 1-on-1 as well, so Khabib’s team and the Diaz brothers’ scuffle at WSOF 22 is out as well.

Let’s start things out with the most recent case of two MMA fighters going at it without a referee, cage, or judges.

7. Cyborg vs. Angela Magana

33-year old Angela Magana is one of the most talked about female MMA fighters at the moment, despite the fact she hasn’t won a bout in close to 6 years.

Magana has dropped 4 straight fights, including her last 2 to Tecia Torres and Michelle Waterson.

Recently at the UFC athletes retreat, Cyborg made Magana famous by punching her in the face. Evidently, Cyborg was not thrilled with some things Magana had posted about her in the past. The two had words and the conversation ended with a collision of fist and face.
