5. Joe Rogan
While Rogan hasn’t outright said he doesn’t like the new ownership group, one can read through the lines a little bit.
On his podcast, Rogan blasted the promotion for the Rousey vs. Nunes fight. He said the promos were far too focussed on Ronda and complained that many of his comments were taken out of context.
The most concerning part of his statements might be that they viewed Amanda Nunes as “cannon fodder”. How could the UFC ownership group not know that Amanda Nunes was going to knock Ronda’s head off? He even said that one UFC exec didn’t even know Amanda Nunes’ name. Huh? Those are very worrying comments to say the least.
