3. Jim Ross and Josh Barnett

Jim Ross and former UFC heavyweight champion Josh Barnett are already an announcing duo. The pair call the action for New Japan Pro Wrestling on AXS TV. Granted, calling the action in a pro-wrestling match is a little different than an MMA bout, but these two would be up to the task.

They actually have a weird dynamic that compliments each other. Ross is more serious and tells the story of what is going on, and Barnett cracks jokes and gives insight into what the wrestler might be thinking. Considering Ross blogs about MMA regularly, and Barnett is a longtime MMA veteran, it is easy to assume they would be able to make the transition.
