Who else could top this list? Woodley might be one of the best welterweight champions ever, but he’s also definitely one of the most boring. Despite possessing ferocious knockout power, fans rarely got to see it when he held the belt.

To be fair, it wasn’t totally his fault. He had two cagey defenses against Stephen ‘Wonderboy’ Thompson and then was handed a match-up with Demian Maia. It’s hard to look good beating the Brazilian jiu-jitsu legend, so it came as no surprise when Woodley was booed. He had one superb win over Darren Till, but would lose the belt with a whimper to Kamaru Usman.
