These two men hate each other. No other rivalry on this list has seen a man end up in jail for throwing a dolly through a window. Nor have any other seen members of two teams suspended for months for a post-fight brawl. We’ve had violence, hate speech… and a fairly one-sided lightweight title fight.
This was when Conor McGregor went too far and poked a sleeping bear. Khabib Nurmagamedov and the Irishman went to war and they’re still at it, occasionally sniping back and forth on social media. The UFC was actually forced to intervene at one point after their rivalry turned to hate speech.
