13. Robbie Lawler vs. Carlos Condit
There seemed little chance this all-action title fight pairing at UFC 195 in 2016 would fail to deliver. And within 90 seconds, Condit had already drawn first blood as he downed Lawler with a hook. But ‘Ruthless’ who would gain payback when he sent Condit to the canvas with a right hook in the following round.
The action continued in relentless fashion as Lawler and Condit offered up everything. They threw it all, from power punches to head kicks, elbows, flying knees, and spinning attacks in search of a finish, yet somehow they both remained standing. Condit’s cardio seemed to be paying dividends as the rounds progressed. But in the final five minutes, Lawler found another gear and went into overdrive with a ferocious and sustained offensive onslaught that ‘The Natural Born Killer’ managed to survive, only to come out on the wrong end of a split decision.
