7. Uriah Hall

He has yet to turn his acrobatic striking into a really successful UFC career, but there are signs that things are starting to go that way. When Hall first surfaced on the Ultimate Fighter he appeared to be the top prospect coming out of that show in some time. On the finale however, Hall showed that he has some real weaknesses in his game when he lost to Kelvin Gastelum.

Uriah Hall is one of those strikers who looks like he’s in a video game, and in fact Uriah Hall has amazing stand-up ratings in UFC 2 the video game. The first time we saw what Hall can really do in the UFC is when he ended Chris Leben’s career by beating him up so badly he was unable to get off his stool for the 2nd round. Then we saw Hall knockout Gegard Mousasi with a flying knee at UFC Fight Night 75 last year, only for his progress to yet again be stalled after he dropped a decision in his last fight to Robert Whittacker.

Hall is scheduled to face Dereck Brunson this weekend at UFC Fight Night 94.
