5. Michael Bisping UFC 75
This was a battle between two young (at the time) and up and coming stars in the UFC. Bisping was a big draw in the UK, and Matt Hamill had a tremendous story and a great wrestling pedigree. Both made names for themselves on the Ultimate Fighter as well. So when the two of them fought in England at UFC 75, it was a big deal.
Bisping would win a decision victory that left even his home fans booing, believing that Hamill was the rightful winner. Despite the controversy surrounding the decision, the young, brash Bisping proceeded to act like he had just conclusively destroyed Hamill.
Bisping stil has never lost in England, and now is the middleweight champion. Matt Hamill on the other hand was recently knocked out in 37 seconds by Sokoudjou in Venator FC in Italy. So different fortunes have befallen each in other words.
