Not surprisingly the bigger man has Lawton on the back foot for the most part of the bout, but it’s clearly the boxer’s speed and technique that wins the round.

So what’s all this sparring in aid of?
It’s not all the time you see a powerlifter sparring on a regular basis, so why has Hall been taking to the rind so much? Well, he actually took to the boxing ring for his first ever fight after his numerous training sessions.
