UFC Fighter Challenges World Champion Kickboxer To Gym Fight, Big Mistake

Yes, it was Nieky Holzken who showed up to spar with Belfort and Johnson in the gym, and if you skip to the 3 minute mark you’ll see him clearly rock ‘The Menace’ before going in for the ruthless finish.

The video cuts out at the part where Johnson quite obviously goes down, wanting to spare the well known UFC fighter from embarrassment you’d imagine.

Vitor Belfort’s sparring session, perhaps having seen the damage Hoelzken did to Johnson, was a lot more tame. There’s no doubt that a pure kickboxer beats 99.9% of MMA fighters in a stand up fight.
