Junior Dos Santos Showed That He’s a Man of Many Talents… Check Out His Debut Performance on Dancing With the Stars in Brazil… It’s Glorious…

Junior Dos Santos is one of the scariest men on the planet. A former UFC heavyweight champion, he actually holds wins over five fellow former UFC champs in Fabricio Werdum, Cain Velasquez, Frank Mir, Shane Carwin, and Stipe Miocic. At the age of 35, his best days might be behind him, but he’s still a dangerous fighter.

Known for his powerful hands, 15 of his professional wins have come via knockout. It was too bad that he ran into the hardest hitter of the current era, in Francis Ngannou during his last fight. But as you can see below, Dos Santos definitely isn’t too upset about that defeat.

Nope, instead, he’s been participating in the Brazilian edition of Dancing With the Stars. Check out ‘Cigano’s’ sensational debut. It’s genuinely one of the most entertaining things we’ve seen all week. If this doesn’t bring a smile to your face, we don’t know what will.

Fast Feet

Dos Santos might be a big man, but that doesn’t stop him pulling out some sharp moves on Globo’s Domingão do Faustão, one of the biggest TV Shows in Brazil. Partnered with professional dancer Ana Paula Guedes, ‘Cigano’ was determined to make a good impression, and he literally came out punching.

It’s not just Paige VanZant who can dance. Dos Santos went wild. He jived to Haddaway’s What is Love, clearly loving every second of it. The former champ was able to use his strength and massive frame to lift Guedes into various tricky positions, but the highlight was definitely when he pulled off a pretty decent moonwalk.

In the end, the sequin-wearing duo managed to get the highest scores of the night. They were awarded 58.4 out of 60, including four perfect tens. If Dos Santos ever gets tired of getting punched in the head, then there’s hope for him in the dancing world.

Return

Make no mistake though, Dos Santos is determined to come back as quickly as possible. He’s desperate for a rematch with Francis Ngannou. That might be hard to come by though after getting finished in the first round by the giant Cameroonian. He told MMA Fighting:

“I want to fight. My intention is to come back as soon as possible. My main goal right now is to have a rematch with Ngannou as soon as possible, and then a third fight with Miocic.”

DC?

Dos Santos also sees another opportunity. Daniel Cormier is without a belt for the first time in years. If ‘DC’ doesn’t get a rematch with Stipe Miocic, Dos Santos would be more than willing to take on the former ‘champ-champ.’ He sees his former rivalry with Cain Velasquez as a gateway to a fight with Cormier. He said:

“I think Cormier is an extremely tough guy. He’s a hard fight for anyone, but it would be a great fight for me. I would love it. When I fought Velasquez, he (Cormier) talked a lot of trash back then. So, it would even make sense. Let’s see. If this Volkov fight really happens, I don’t know, let’s see what the future holds. But I think this fight would please the fans.”
