Wild Steroid Accusations Emerge After UFC 201

UFC 201 went down this past Saturday July 30, and what a night of action it was! The main event featured the welterweight title fight between Robbie Lawler and Tyron Woodley. It was not a night for ‘Ruthless’ fans though.

The 170-pound strap was on the line, and many felt Lawler would take home the win in this fight. His past wars with Johny Hendricks, Carlos Condit and Rory MacDonald showcased the champ as a vicious force in the octagon. This version of Lawler just didn’t show up in Georgia.

Lawler failed to land a single significant strike against Woodley. ‘The Chosen One’ stalked Lawler around the octagon and eventually landed a huge overhand right. As ‘Ruthless’ fell to the octagon, it was clear he was done for.

Woodley followed up with some heavy punches to a grounded Lawler. The referee stepped in and that was it. It was over already. In just seven months we’ve seen seven new champions emerge in the UFC.

With all the madness of UFC 201, comes some rather shady accusations. A number of sources online have published some quite alarming posts that could indicate potential steroid use.
