Honorary Mention: Jeff Monson
It wasn’t quite ridiculous enough to get ranked in the top five but in 2009 Jeff Monson was arrested for spray-painting a Washington State Capital building with a big anarchy sign, a charge that can yield 10 years in prison.
It was pretty easy for authorities to figure out who it was that tagged the building, as pictures of Monson doing it appeared in ESPN magazine.
