4. Brock Lesnar
Amazingly, Brock Lesnar had never failed a drug test up until UFC 200. He was notified of a doping violation on July 15th stemming from his UFC 200 bout with Mark Hunt. He was suspended for one year for twice testing positive for an estrogen blocker.
Rather than serve out his suspension, Lesnar retired and went back to WWE. Dana White has publicly stated that Lesnar will return to the UFC at some point. For Lesnar to do so, he will have to sit out the remainder of his one-year suspension beforehand. He’ll also have to pass USADA drug tests during that period.
Lesnar most recently defeated Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 34 and again at the Greatest Royal Rumble. It’s not clear when he will be returning to the UFC at this point.
