Joe Warren
Joe Warren has flunked 3 tests for marijuana in his athletic career, and once it cost him a chance to go to the Olympics.
In January of 2008 USADA rejected Warren’s appeal of a 2-year suspension for his 2nd failed test for marijuana, thus preventing him from competing in the 2008 olympics. Warren was competing in greco-roman in the 132lbs division at the time.
Warren’s doctor stated that he had depression, and Warren himself stated that he needed marijuana to help him sleep.
Warren would again be suspended, this time just for 90 days, following a failed test after Bellator 143, where he earned a decision victory over L.C Davis.
