Errol “The Truth” Spence Jr. is looking to get back in the ring after a catastrophic car accident. Spence is going to defend his two belts WBC and IBF against Danny Garcia. It would be interesting to see if Spence’s accident affected his boxing game or not since this is his first time fighting after the accident. Both fighters are scheduled to face on Dec 5, 2020.
After one year of not being in the ring, a car accident, and then right back into the mix for #SpenceGarcia, nobody can question how bad @ErrolSpenceJr wants to fight. #SpenceGarcia #TeamSpence #PBConFOX pic.twitter.com/Kno7xK84tM

Errol Spence Jr. is an undefeated boxer that boats a record of (26-0, 21KOs). He is one of the top welterweights on the planet. The only other champions are Terence “Bud” Crawford and Manny Pacquiao.
Danny Garcia may have tasted two losses in his professional career, but he was not dominated one-sidedly. His 2 losses came from Keith Thurman and Shawn Porter, both of these are decision loss. He has a record of (36-2, 21 KOs)
Errol Spence may have been a huge favorite had he not had an accident since he was coming off an impressive win against Shawn Porter. Due to his accident, the odds may have shifted but he may still be the small favorite.
It would have been wise for Spence to take a tune-up fight just to be sure about his condition but he chose a tough opponent that is Danny Garcia. Garcia is a big name in the welterweight division especially since he is a former light-welterweight champion.
Garcia has big wins against Amir Khan, Lucas Matthysse, and other legends. His signature move is the counter left hook which might prove to be a big factor if it hits clean.

What makes Spence Jr a juggernaut is because he breaks down his opponent landing every punch and not letting his opponent fight back. The body punch makes his opponent give up from getting up and his southpaw jab is unusually fast.
This fight is one of the most important welterweights to make since one is a champion and the other is a serious top contender. Garcia is looking to capitalize and win two belts in the fight.
Most physical attributes lean-to Spence Jr since he is the bigger boxer with an advantage in the reach department. Although Garcia has fought more and has more experience but it was in the smaller division.
Stylistically it will be a Southpaw vs Orthodox fight. It will be interesting since both fighters use their lead hand well in setting up their big punch so it might be a huge factor on who can their opponents better.
If Spence Jr comes up victorious, fans would love to see him make a super fight against Terence Crawford. Both fighters are the clear top 2 welterweights and undefeated. The interesting thing is they are both in their prime and champions so it will set up a unification title match.
Unfortunately, Terence Crawford has no interest in chasing Errol Spence but is looking to fight Manny Pacquiao. Due to his top rank dispute, we may likely see Crawford switching promoters which might be PBC but no official announcement yet.
