4. Yair Rodriguez at UFC 188
Yair Rodriguez was not alone in puking after his fight at UFC 188, but in the case of Rodriguez he puked directly after his post-fight interview, while still inside the cage. The event took place in the elevation of Mexico City and according to Dana White the company set a new vomit record that night as fighters had trouble adapting to the elevation.
That was also the night that Cain Velasquez couldn’t adapt to the elevation either and lost the UFC heavyweight championship.
