Amanda Nunes Is No Joke
One person you can’t count out is Amanda Nunes. She is, of course, the champion.
Nunes is just 28-years-old and already has a stellar 13-4 professional record. She’s won her last four bouts, including capturing the UFC women’s bantamweight title last July. She also has nine knockouts and three submissions on her record, with only one fight going the distance.
To say she is an easy opponent for Rousey would be a massive misconception. Nunes is no easy opponent for anybody, she’s the champion for a reason.
Rousey coming back from nearly a year away from the cage to fight Nunes might be a bad idea. Nunes is legit, and will definitely bring the fight to Rousey if this fight gets made.
In the past year, the UFC women’s bantamweight title changed hands three times. Taking into consideration recent titleholders Holm and Tate, and you can quickly come to the conclusion that Nunes may be the most talented of all.
