Gross! Watch UFC Fighter’s Testicle Pop Out Of His Eye During Fight

This is quite possibly the nastiest eye injury we’ve ever seen during a UFC fight, poor guy!

UFC Fight Night 81 went down in Boston, Massachusetts last night (Sunday, January 17, 2015, and featured a host of exciting fights with some of the promotion’s top talent. The most notable was undoubtedly the main event between Dominick Cruz and TJ Dillashaw for the bantamweight championship.

‘The Viper’ was out for justice against ‘The Dominator’ after a lot of heated trash talk before their fight, but he was defeated by split decision and lost the title. Cruz cruised to a split decision victory at the end of the night.

It may not have been the dominant performance that Cruz was looking for, but considering it’s his first title fight in four years, he looked pretty impressive.

But elsewhere on the card was a crazy injury that has the internet abuzz. Heavyweight sluggers Matt Mitrione and Travis Browne went at it on the main card, and the result was a gross outcome.

Here’s a picture of one of the numerous eye pokes that led to the disgusting disfigurement to ‘Meat Head’ at the end of the match.

Gross! We warned you! So now Mitrione has fought his contract out, he pretty much has no bargaining chips due to this latest loss. On top of that, he has to figure out how to get his testicle back down to his scrotum at some point!
