
Terrible news hit the mixed martial arts community last night, and the impact this shocking revelation has on UFC 200 is crazy. Former undisputed 205-pound king Jon Jones was set to rematch Daniel Cormier on Saturday July 9, but it’s now been cancelled.
The fight that was set to headline UFC 200 fell apart when Jon Jones was revealed to have failed a drug test. Although the UFC is still seeking to replace ‘Bones’ in the fight against Cormier, Brock Lesnar vs. Mark Hunt has been promoted to the main event.
The troubled UFC superstar is once again flirting with the dark side. Although we are yet to learn what the USADA (United States Anti Doping Agency) violation is actually for, the fact remains he had some sort of banned substance in him.
